- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪BEWARE FRAUDLENT COMPANY. Horrible customer service. My wife sign up for a health plan for our cat for one year and explicitly asked to do not renew it after 1 year. It's almost 3 years and they keep charging us every month. We tried to cancel the subscription but no one picks up the phone.
